Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to match properties to your requirements, and to keep a record of advice given. We rely on your consent for marketing, and on legitimate interest and contractual necessity for the rest.
Marketing
Marketing consent is recorded separately from the enquiry itself, with the date and the version of this policy in force at the time. You may withdraw it at any time and we will continue to answer your enquiry.

- Correct data that is inaccurate
- Withdraw marketing consent
- Request deletion or anonymisation, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
