Buying with Rowmere

Buyer representation is an advisory process, not a listing service. We work to your objectives, and we say when a property does not meet them.

How a purchase proceeds

  1. 01Understand objectives — what the property is for, the holding period, and who will use it.
  2. 02Market and location selection — narrowing to the places that actually fit the brief.
  3. 03Property selection — a shortlist built against the brief, including properties held privately.
  4. 04Viewing — arranged around your visit, with the questions prepared in advance.
  5. 05Evaluation — ownership structure, condition, pricing against comparable evidence.
  6. 06Offer — presented and negotiated on your behalf.
  7. 07Transaction coordination — due diligence, contract and transfer, with your own lawyer instructed.

What we do not do

We do not send inventory lists. We do not present projected returns as fact. We do not take a mandate we cannot represent properly, and much of what we hold is placed privately rather than published.

Independent advice

We coordinate the transaction; we do not replace your lawyer. Every purchase should be reviewed by a Thai-qualified lawyer acting for you, and we will introduce one if you do not have your own.
