Approach
We take fewer mandates than we could, so that each one is represented by someone who has actually stood in the property. Buyers get a shortlist built against a brief; owners get a considered view on price and a mandate we intend to honour.
Property selection philosophy
Location quality, constrained supply and a clean ownership position are what we look for. A property that cannot be resold easily is not a good purchase however well it shows.
Markets
Phuket is our initial market. Bangkok and other Thai markets are prepared in the same central system and will open as inventory and demand justify it, rather than as an announcement.
Client perspective
Most of our clients are buying a second home or a long-term holding rather than trading. That shapes the advice: we are more interested in what a property will be worth to sell than in what it costs to buy today.
